Many programs for mothers focus on parenting techniques, discipline strategies, or how to manage children’s behavior.
While those tools can certainly be helpful, the Hi Mama! Program takes a different approach.
Instead of focusing your child’s behavior, we begin with something even more powerful — supporting the well-being of the mother.
When a mother feels calm, emotionally grounded, and supported, everything in the family system shifts.
Children naturally respond to the emotional environment around them. Learn how to calm and regulate your nervous system so you can respond to challenges with greater clarity, patience, and steadiness.
Presence & Mindful Awareness
Develop simple tools to quiet the mental noise of overwhelm and reconnect with the present moment — where connection, peace, and joy can be found.
Emotional Regulation & Inner Safety
Understand your emotional triggers and build the ability to pause, respond intentionally, and support both your own emotions and your child’s.
Body Compassion & Self-Care
Reconnect with your body with appreciation and kindness, releasing unrealistic expectations and learning to support your physical and emotional well-being.

For much of my life, I struggled quietly beneath the surface.
As a child, I felt emotions deeply — not only my own but the emotional atmosphere around me. Yet I grew up in an environment where emotions were rarely expressed openly and not outwardly tolerated. Over time I learned to keep the peace, hide my inner world, and prioritize the comfort of others.
These early patterns led to chronic anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, exhaustion, numbing to cope, and a constant sense of needing to prove my worth...even to myself.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered hypnotherapy and was able to tranform my life. My history and lived experiance now shapes my work as a therapist. Years later, when I became a mother, I believed I had already done the deepest parts of my inner work. But motherhood opened an entirely new chapter of challenge and growth.
While bringing incredible love, purpose, and transformation, becoming a mama also awakened old patterns, reactive behaviors, limiting beliefs, and called my boundaries (or lack thereof) into question. Without family nearby or friends in a similar stage of life, parts of the journey felt isolating and lonely.
My personal experience helped me realize that many mothers are navigating this profound transition without enough emotional support or space to care for themselves. The Hi Mama! Program was created to change that.
Motherhood has the power to awaken both our deepest love and our deepest growth. Hi Mama! is a space where mothers can pause, reconnect with themselves, and grow alongside other women navigating the same journey.

What if I can’t attend every live session?
All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants, so you can watch at your convenience.
Do I need experience with hypnosis?
Not at all. The hypnosis sessions are gentle, relaxing, and designed to support emotional integration and nervous system regulation.
Is this program only for new mothers?
While this program is perfect for new or expecting mothers, this program is designed to support mothers at any stage who feel called to reconnect with themselves and strengthen their nervous sytem, inner identity, and emotional resilience.
